Moving to my server

I started slowly moving more and more things onto my own server which I run from home. I wanted to do this for a long time, but I've been putting it off instead. Current work in progress list:

Baking bread

When I was growing up I used to eat black rye bread. This bread brings me lots of memories and is very tasty. Unfortunately, it is almost unavailable for purchase in the USA unless you go to very boutique European shops or get it shipped to you.

During my 2025 Christmas break I decided to try and bake one loaf on my own. It came out good, not perfect, but good. Since that day every 1-2 weeks I try to bake a fresh loaf until I reach my desired level of perfection.

I'm a slow reader. I usually read 1-2 hours a week. At this time I'm reading two books:
